Hard to track shipments, usually have to call customer service and it takes awhile

The ONLY reason that I'm not currently using this software as my default TMS is due to the fact that I haven't had time to manually input all of my customer records into this TMS program.

too slow to load the page, need to wait for a while after you book the shipment, if you need to modify the shipment, you have to change the pro#, you can't make the change under the same pro

The navigation throughout the program is very user friendly.

I wish that the information found under the Manage Shipments module fit a little bit better on one screen without the need for scrolling from side to side. If there was a little bit less white blank space it would make it less cumbersome.

The ability to quickly set up shipments from Kuebix, track shipments, etc all seem fairly simple.  

Lots of work arounds and changes had to be made to even get most of our shipments to function and connect with Netsuite and Kuebix.

Very accurate when obtaining quotes, freight organization, and keeping track with carriers.

There are some freight accounts that cannot be input into Kuebix .

Good to use for for shipping, for freight quotes, and for invoicing.

Everything in Kuebix is already given when shipping LTL or FTL.

BOL is ready as soon as it is booked and can be emailed to who ever needs it.  

I've tried to add FedEx as one of my carries but no luck.

Not the greatest solution for hazmat, especially small parcel.  

I will say again that the biggest frustration is their customer service and responses.  

They do not make communication and follow through a priority.

For DesktopShipper to work, you need an internet connection.   If something happens and you can't connect, you can't ship.

I've had a wonderful experience, particularly appreciating the customer service, which has been both pleasant and remarkably fast.

They have allowed us to operate our business, but we are continually looking for something that would offer functionality even if our connection goes down.

There are features provided that I currently don't have a use for but they seem practical.
