Nothing major but for us we would like to have the ability to place customers in the system to like a holding area to be ready to allocate a delivery day to drag or move to the relevant day when required, or if there is a change they can be removed from a route back to holding for rearranging instead of deleting or placing in a random day to save re entering the details.

I've been using the service for years, I use Jobber as my CRM but the routing and automatic communication is garbage.

I would recommend the on site training in Florida if you really want to maximize this platforms functions that help the bottom line.

For example to be able to change how rebates show up and an out of pocket cost after applying rebates. When mixed with financing numbers it gets confusing for the person presenting and for the homeowner.
