Really good program overall. Makes tracking our fleet easy
Accurate position, real time tracking. Many extra features that help with fleet management
The inability to hover over the path taken by a vehicle at any point to see what the time / speed of the vehicle was at that time. It only logs a time when the vehicle is stopped for a while

Samsara provides the electronic log book service with additional features like GPS tracking, dash camera. It also helps in creating IFTA reports. You can also create the safety alerts for the vehicles.
It charges you little more, for extra features.

Our experience overall has been a good one. The camera's have helped out out in several situations where the actual person at fault could have gotten off.
The ease of use. How it can be used to get out of sticky situations when incidents occur. Has also helped with lowering idle times.
Having to pay extra for things that should be included in your monthly payment.

have been trying to talk to someone for 3 months finally got an answer and they want to charge me all kind of fees to get out of the contract. Better Gps system lower cost and reports I need and I'm stuck with this for 26 more month......
I can see where my guys are but thats about it not impreessed
Wont give me the reports I need, .don't help with payroll have to take an extra hour pulling different reports just to verify won't fix that. I tried to cancel and they want crazy fees to cancel .

Overall, we are thrilled with the sytem. We started using another popular eld system before this one so we have a little experience on comparing between them and this one is perfect. The log tracking is accurate, the gps tracking is impressive aswell, and with everthing, the program comes with makes my life easeir. great system, we love it
The software has everthing you might expect from an eld but with an extra kick. The ifta miles is perfect and it aleviates a lot of time when dealing with the ifta due dates. The gps fuction is acurate so no need to bother the drivers or worry when the drivers dont answer. It also has a fuction to crate a temporary gps link for the trucks wich makes it easy for our clients. No need for them to bother us with the location of the truck if they can know precisely where it is with a clik of a bottom. all in all in really happy with it
The software layout is hard to get used too. Things are not where you will instintively have them. Everthing is there, but it just seems to be scattered around the tabs. you get used to it, but for the beginning, youll get lost

They are growing and they always pick up the phone
Company is just growing TOO FAST that is not CARING about it's customers! We have referred 5 great affiliates and using them for over 2 years while growing our fleet as well. Prices going up we stayed. We also got cameras. Since we started with them there have been a lot of issues with their equipment which we worked with them getting replacement. Their attitude was ridiculous saying that the "fixed" without charge. We have been sent contracts for bus upgrades instead of just the replacement units and therefore double charged every month. Now they like us to pay for the extra contract claiming they never sent the contracts over. Were seriously considering buying off the contract and moving on! Owner is also never present!
