Also, there is no GPS integration for the drivers. With other Apps, drivers can just press the address and it automatically sends them to Google maps or Waze.

The customer service has been exceptional. The price point is a little high considering the lack of GPS and driver's app functionality.

Customer service has continued to improve and they have always been able to solve any of our issues and they work great with our IT people.

The integration and setup was very easy, we have a team that has varied computer skill levels and they can all use it without issue. It flows wonderfully with our tracking software.

The worst aspect of this is that a separate module is required for each individual integration, which has a separate cost. It also has an antiquated feel to it overall.

Asset utilization and tracking at your fingertips is a plus. Integration with other software and applications have been seamless.

Reporting module is terrible. Navigating inside the software is not easy.

It is very useful when billing and keeping track of things. It also is easily integrated with Quickbooks.

When you pay for Training sessions they do not know much about it. Software does not do or meet the expectations for our company.

The items I like the least are frustrating, but not enough to diminish our enthusiasm for Prophesy. After a load is split there is no way to recombine it which is aggravating.
