What is Downtobid?

BasisBoard is a bid management software that helps businesses build an online bid board and track bid invitations on a centralized platform. Our bid board connects to your inbox, recognizes bid invite emails, and pulls the data into a dashboard instantly (deadlines, bidders, addendas) with zero data entry.

BasisBoard's contact management module enables contractors to store client data, organize interactions based on projects, create customer-specific tags, track submittals, and maintain a contact history.

BasisBoard generates out-of-the-box graphs and reports so you can see exactly who your best customers are instantly. No complex excel formulas, No broken calculations. No hours preparing data in a spreadsheet. Managers and team leaders can use the analytics dashboard to monitor business performance, track win ratio, and view the overall revenue generated from completed bids, among other processes.

BasisBoard integrates with various third-party email and calendar solutions, including Gmail, Outlook, iCalendar, and Office 365. It also lets employees create custom filters to track bid status based on several criteria such as undecided, accepted, submitted, estimating, declined, lost, and awarded.
