The biggest mistake people make is when you change an estimate, go BACK to the blue tab. If you stay on the orange tab, the only changes the work order.

Everything has to be built by a technician. I assume the reports are available but no for us.

They were willing to tweak their interface to keep what we wanted, and hide the items we did not need.

It's a far more robust toolset than something like Quickbooks. It seems like a great option for smaller businesses that might be outgrowing simple options.

This is where they get you along with their outrageous "maintenance" fees. 5 years into this and i am still in awe of how terrible this system is.

We were sold this system telling us how much more productive we would be and it has done the complete opposite. We have WASTED so much money and time with this almost unusable system.
