Pros

“Despite this, GIMP remains an excellent option for people who want to edit photos and create graphics without paying a subscription.”

Jordan Q.

Graphic Designer

“What I like most about GIMP is that it really helped me gain experience in manipulating images and playing around with the software”

Aneesa A.

UI UX

“GIMP is a free and powerful tool for photo editing and graphic design 🖌️. It supports layers, masks, and many file formats – great if you want pro-level features without paying 💸.”

Yashvi p.

UX Design

Pros

“I prompt a style of clothing such as an 18th century dress with apron and it produces short mini skirts.”

Sandra H.

Customer

“It is very good at processing images, its web version works in any browser, making it an efficient alternative to Adobe Photoshop and other programs in the category.”

LUIZ D.

Chef

“I use it a lot to convert photos from different formats and high quality to the WEBP format for the websites I develop.”

Divaldo C.

CEO

Cons

“The user interface is completely different from industry standards and feels quite austere, even confusing, for a designer accustomed to commercial suites.”

Romain G.

Freelance Photographer

“However, I find its interface less intuitive than some competing software. When I first started using it, I had to look for tutorials to understand certain functions.”

Jordan Q.

Graphic Designer

“Secondly, it is somewhat outdated and does not support many modern technologies.”

Bruno M.

Marketing Executive Intern

Cons

“I use negative prompts to avoid the constant dismissal of the prompts I'm trying to create and it just keeps reproducing similar images to the ones that do not match my prompts.”

Sandra H.

Customer

“The know they can get at least 1 extra years money out of it. How hard would it be to program an email reminder that you have a renewal upcoming? But they do not care, but cause if they know you are going to cancel anyway, they would rather take the money and leave you pissed off.”

Scott A.

owner

“I have the free version and it is garbage, I wouldn't pay to upgrade since it can't handle the simplest prompts.”
