I have rarely experienced such a dedicated customer support. While living in Canada, the customer support experience is always bad, below the minimum acceptable level and some times frustrating.

I also like that since I started more than two years ago, things have been updated and it is more modern and has more functions than when I started, something very valuable for my business.

Now that i'm a tiny bit more experienced, I see why this probably wouldn't be possible, but to me, I think it could be better relayed to a potential customer that like "hey we can't tell you how many people are trying to sell this type of product in the market, we can only tell you how many people are trying to sell a super specific item within that market, and not only that, if there happens to be multiple different listings for the exact same product, your just going to have to find that out later because the tool actually doesn't help with that a ton unless you just happen to scroll past that too, which you probably wont because you have your product database listing as minimum 300 orders, and 3 extra listings of the exact same product have 299".

It allows you to make decisions based on data rather than only relying on intuition.

AMZ offered a free trial of 7 days which was useful for me to understand how my investment can benefit me on a longer run.
