Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“I prompt a style of clothing such as an 18th century dress with apron and it produces short mini skirts.”

Sandra H.

Customer

“It is very good at processing images, its web version works in any browser, making it an efficient alternative to Adobe Photoshop and other programs in the category.”

LUIZ D.

Chef

“I use it a lot to convert photos from different formats and high quality to the WEBP format for the websites I develop.”

Divaldo C.

CEO

Pros

“This program has everything I need to make every graphic design I need in any size and any format.”

Emily B.

Graphic Design

“I use PicMonkey for my business needs, whether it’s for individual product pictures or scenes for marketing. ”

Kathryn P.

Owner

“I also use it to create social media templates.”

Cons

“I use negative prompts to avoid the constant dismissal of the prompts I'm trying to create and it just keeps reproducing similar images to the ones that do not match my prompts.”

Sandra H.

Customer

“The know they can get at least 1 extra years money out of it. How hard would it be to program an email reminder that you have a renewal upcoming? But they do not care, but cause if they know you are going to cancel anyway, they would rather take the money and leave you pissed off.”

Scott A.

owner

“I have the free version and it is garbage, I wouldn't pay to upgrade since it can't handle the simplest prompts.”

Sandra H.

Customer

Cons

“So now I'm working with their robotic customer support which keeps repeating an offer to prorate my charge, and only charge me for one month instead of the full year - one month- you mean 5-10 min of a failed "premium" feature should cost me one a month fee?”
