While the core functionality is excellent, the website creation tool can sometimes feel less intuitive and slightly more rigid than competitors like Squarespace, especially when attempting highly unique page layouts outside the provided template structures.

Client galleries are excellent tools that allow for a very personal touch and customer experience - both for commissions and events.

Once I'd used the free trial to play around and get used to the settings and features, general web page building is very simple.

Website creation: The tools are easy to use and a website can be thrown up in days or hours if you have all your content planned and ready.

Functional but a constant stress and headache where you have to check to make sure your website is working on a bi-weekly basis, occasionally have serious problems like sale galleries not loading images, only for the staff to not listen or attempt to fix it.

I ahve been trying to conncet my domain.art to my bigcartel website for FOUR months because no one was helping me just giving  me empty information as I am capable of updating a domain on my own. After I switched to PIxpa, there was a bit of back and forth from both my domain provider and receiving it here on PIxpa, but [sensitive content hidden] was able to finally connect it for me, and I could not be more grateful.

Pixpa is a wonderful platform, with a wide range of ideas for your photographers and creatives.

Overall, Pixpa offers excellent value for money for a photography business, and the customer support responds very quickly to any issues.

No runaround, just real support from people who know their stuff. If you're looking for a website host that actually cares and delivers on every front, I cannot recommend Pixpa enough.

The connection between my domain host (DomainFactory) and Pixpa caused some issues, but that's not Pixpa's fault.

Same as the colors of text, sometimes I would type out a big chunk of text that remained invisible on one page but not the others, but it was simply the fact that it was blending with the background.

There are still a few integration processes are a little confusing for me (I.e. bringing a domain name over from Squarespace to Pixpa) but so far I am enjoying the experience and learning process.

All the colors and page layouts are already great.

Very little capacity for the number of galleries, as soon as I upload a wedding I run out of space to put more client galleries.

Over the years I have switched between several website providers because they offered too little focus on showcasing visual work.
