Pros

Overall experience has been good with Ariba. Its a good tool to manage procurement and purchasing/invoicing needs from suppliers and vendors.
The quality and ease of user interface. Best customer service and standard in the market.
Overall in the cloud environment the leading software in this area and a super alternative to on-premise software.

Pros

Very good experience, the team at marketdojo are keen to help and set up your auctions to get started, and help during the auction itself.
Overall it has been fun, I have enjoyed checking in and seeing what has changed, it is easy to navigate round and find what you want.
The negotiation process was pleasant, accommodating, with fast turn-around times, win-win orientated and provided a basis which allow me to recover the cost in weeks.

Cons

The worst part is that we as the customer are forced to pay for this service that rarely works. We have no choice be to receive PO's from this site and to send invoices through this site.
Really hate this service, especially since it was pushed on to us, and now we are forced to pay money in order to get our money.
This is the worst software system I've ever encountered and I worked in government for 15 years.

Cons

When a lot was not working as planned the event would have to be stopped, revised, and rescheduled (for really just a few minutes later).
I cannot think of any functions that I am unhappy with.
The difficulty deleting erroneous bids during the live auction.
