I've been using it as a page builder for special pages of our online shop (Shopify) and I couldn't recommend it more - even without any coding or technical knowledge, one is able to create cool layouts with extra features (like embedding Google maps, forms, etc.). The tool has different sections where you can search for keywords, you can upload a project linked to a website, you can compare with competitors, you can analyze competitors, you can track keywords for each project among other things, it is an all-in-one tool .

There are plenty of tools that value their customers more than their cancellation clauses.

Paying a full year’s fee for something I can’t use feels like daylight robbery.

Although the initial experience was favorable, working with a company that does not value the trust of early adopters, that does not fulfill its commercial commitments, that does not provide a solution to its errors, that treats customers like stupid people, well This has created all the conditions for me to have a quite negative experience.

Forcing lifetime deal users to pay again is unfair and misleading.

Honour your commitments to the many people who bought your deal, and stop being a shameful company. And if you didn't buy an AppSumo life time deal, don't worry, they could change the rules on you at any time, effectively stealing the money you've paid for their product.

I have been contacting Ranktracker support for over a month to report this situation and the only feedback I have is an automatic response from support saying that they will analyze the situation and then respond, so far I have not received any further response.

The team behind the product is skeevy and a bunch of dishonest scammers that sell access to the platform and then terminate accounts by placing them behind a forced support pay wall.

From four months ago until now, the responses from Felix and the support group are that they are going to check the issue and that if I need to use the tool, I should purchase the annual support subscription.

I haven't been able to access the various Rantracker tools for several months.

Ranktracker was great at tracking keywords and checking the status of my website in comparison to the general market.

Then they effectively put our account behind a paywall, totally blocking access to the tool unless we buy for yearly support.

With so much competition and comparable platforms, I don't see the incentive in investing the time and effort to integrate Ranktracker as a core piece in your SEO toolkit and initiatives.
