Adding to that the ability to create a website that can contain the info and all I need for the audience to know about the event including the registration.

It would be nice for when people RSVP that they can put their phone number in and get automated reminders for the event instead of us having to input the phone numbers.

There are some features that are amazing, but at the same time are difficult to find every check box to use the feature, so you can get lost or confused in trying to figure out how to set something up a certain way. When setting up your event, there are several tabs and under each tab are many options/checkboxes which is great, but can be tedious and you need to double check everything to ensure it's all exactly how you want it!

The only downside is the limitation on the number of guests and features unless you upgrade to a paid plan, which is something to consider if you're planning a larger event.

The integration with HubSpot relied on Zapier, resulting in extra costs.

The best feature so far is Registration Management to track who's coming to the event and stay on top of those who haven't yet registered.

Reports could be generated to be used for analytics.

Overall, Eventcreate was a better option for hosting our event website than their main competitor Eventbrite which had a number of fees that would have cut into our operating costs.

It doesn’t save your projects automatically so if you’re device dies or something happens everything will erase so unfortunately you may have to restart and go over a few things.

I needed as service to keep track of RSVP's and I love that will do that and much more for a small fee, saving me a ton of time and resources.  

I did not like that it stated it was free and allowed me to register and even create an event, but I could not save it until I paid for a subscription.

This was the first service to appear in my online search for RSVP management, but after a quick review of their website I discovered it was very user-friendly and super easy to customize my RSVP website.

When you wanted to do something a little more advanced, the site requires an upgrade of your account when some of those functions should have been part of the account.

While the end product still looks nice, the limited layout/design features makes sites feel somewhat stagnant even with custom photos. While they offer two paid options, I feel like they are missing a middle market, particularly since they advertise a variety of events. While a conference may need to advertise a year in advance, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and the likes don’t require a year long purchase so options are capped.
