They answer your questions quickly. I am only in the trial period so I hope that customer service continues.
It is very easy to set up for reoccurring events and the emails aren't blocked like they are on evite. This is saving me time and energy. Well worth it.
It was hard to find a template for testimonials. And I hate that you can't set up Venmo or Zelle.

Appears to facilitate easy management of ticket sales for an upcoming event - very satisfied!
Very easy to set up and use - my first time using a ticketing software for an upcoming charity event and it has been very convenient
None so far - happy with the software, seems worth the purchase

easy to use and straight forward but lacking in additional charges information.
Credit card transaction fees are not published and are too high. This hidden cost needs to be published up front. You will not know this until you publish your event and the fees show up as people register for a paid event. It is a very negative and non transparent way to do business. It will impact attendance of your event.
Thank you so much for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear you weren't happy with EventCreate. I'm sorry if there was some confusion around our ticketing fee structure and the transparency of our fees. Our ticketing fees are actually the lowest in the industry and published on our pricing page here: https://www.eventcreate.com/pricing. The credit card processing fee (which is charged by our processor, Stripe) is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. You can read more about the credit card processing fees charged by Stripe here: https://stripe.com/pricing EventCreate itself does not charge ANY additional ticketing platform fees (whereas most ticketing companies charge considerable per-ticket fees, in addition to the credit card processing fee).

Very good experience using this website, I have already recommended it to another friend!
I loved how easy it was to use this software and the step by step process I was able to go through.
It was a little difficult to add my registries but the help page answered my questions!

It's been great.
I had my event created and invitations going out in about 5 minutes with no support. Very intuitive and fast.
I use the software to manage invitations to a group that meets every second Wednesday. It seems that the design paradigm is individual event based and doesn't support mulit-event series. I could be wrong about this as I have just started using it, but my current feel is that I need a LinkedIn group and an EventCreate site to manage the ongoing communications with each member
