It doesn’t work at times and there is 0 customer support even though the website explicitly states dedicated phone support.

There's no progress report when I am pushing products to ecommerce.

It takes a while to learn how to use the App but then that is true of all Apps that you add onto Shopify and/or Square.

Some settings weren’t immediately intuitive, but their support team was quick to step in and guide me through it.

Tracking allows me to create the IDs for my product and then also communicate between my website and my POS.

Also I wish that when you enter a new product (after a bulk push) , it's automatically pushed onto the POS.
