We used SKU IQ to sync our Shopify products with TikTok Shop. Once I had all of our products loaded in and edited, I scheduled a quick call with the customer service team and they were extremely helpful and clear in explaining next steps to get everything finalized and live.

The only complaint I have is that it took 2 days to get a zoom call meeting- but compared to other companies these days, at least we got a one on one meeting.

Tracking allows me to create the IDs for my product and then also communicate between my website and my POS.

Now I do not have to worry my POS and my ecommerce site not matching.

Also I wish that when you enter a new product (after a bulk push) , it's automatically pushed onto the POS.
