No renewal emails, no transparency. When I admitted the mistake and asked for a refund, they flatly refused.

I asked for a refund within 24 hours of the charge and they refuse, claiming that they will only make a refund within 15 days OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE which took place a year ago.

The support team has been contradictory and unhelpful; some members said they would process a refund and provided a small $99 refund, while others claimed they could neither issue a refund nor process the EIN.

At the beginning of the LLC application it should show everything that you can include with the packages along with pricing on one page, so you can make one total payment, instead of having to charge your card multiple times.

Sometimes the render time to get from the Blue button press to contact card takes a bit longer than the scan, like a full 10 second wait. But once that clears up, it's usually fine and the new contact can add me to their phone without issue.
