Divi

Overview

The done-for-you option in the website builder category. Wix, Squarespace and GoDaddy give you an editor; UENI gives you a finished site, designed, written and launched by a team in about 7 days. Hosting, SSL, domain, email, SEO, bookings and payments included.

Divi is a WordPress theme and web page builder used primarily by freelancers, agencies, and e-commerce retailers, but professionals in other sectors also use it. It integrates with WordPress CMS to create custom themes, reusable pages, and SEO-friendly content, optimizing them through split testing.

Pros

“The website design was really done well for my restaurant business, and we received many nice feedbacks from our customers as well on how easy it was to access and navigate, how nice the photos were, and how straightforward it was to place and order and pay online.”

Christopher N.

Manager

“My expectations were low at first because of my first experience. But once I had my setup call with Mateo, I was pleasantly surprised that everything was laid out as I outlined.”

Jennean C.

Balloon Artist

“I like that UENI can handle all the website technical and creative designs.”

Michele O.

Owner

Pros

“If you are looking to build a website for yourself and have minimum 150 hours to read and view tutorials to understand the new Divi 5 system, then you might be happy once this product is actually out of public beta (they announced twice that it was in the 5 weeks I tried it out without them ever stating clearly in the begining it was beta. Dishonest!). ”

Greg K.

Psychologist

“It lets me move fast, keep designs consistent, and adjust layouts without rework. When I do hit an issue, VIP Support has been top notch, which turns problems into quick fixes instead of long delays.”

Timothy C.

Creative Director

“They finally started relasing more instruction for the new Divi 5 system nearly a month into my experience instead of just the old info on thier Divi 4 system. ”

Greg K.

Psychologist

Cons

“I had already spent hours creating detailed, high-quality content for my SEO, keywords, and business listing only to find that their team deleted it.”

Sebastian M.

Ceo

“I have try numerous times to get my business back on track through UENI,but it seems nobody cares, I have been going through so much as I stated I am not computer SAVY, for the last past year my sales have DRAMATICALLY DECLINED, I have been on there Growth Plan in which I have Growth Meeting Xalls every month.”

Craig B.

Owner

“I’ve even provided visual guidance and brand tone so their team could focus purely on structure and implementation. But it still hasn’t moved.”

Sebastian M.

Cons

“In our experience, Divi AI did not work as advertised for our use case, and once the 30-day refund window had passed, Elegant Themes would not offer a refund, credit, or prorated resolution.”

Kevin S.

VP of Technology

“This despite selling me a public beta system without clearly indicating this, and not providing the needed documentation and tutorials for someone new like me to grasp how to use this incredibly complex system (everything effects most everything in their design). ”

Greg K.

Psychologist

“We purchased Divi AI for $99 on July 9, 2026 and found that it repeatedly failed to follow prompts or instructions and did not produce usable results for our website work.”
