asking why they don't reply to cancelation requests, only to get the answer that they refund ONLY when there's a problem they can't fix!This is a joke!After asking me several questions (without having the right to do so, that's the money back guarantee), she (or it) made me an "upgrade" proposal.

I minor thing: With certain features locks behind tiered pricing (which I have 0 problems with) but those areas being easily accessible through the dashboard means I occasionally click on them by accident. When this happens, the screen gets locked out by a subscription prompt which interrupts my workflow as the only way around it is to return to the product homepage.
