It works very well, has a robust API we were able to integrate directly into our software and it's comforting to know we are paying for this service so can expect it to be there and reliable.

For more reviews like this, you can click the link below. Vidyard and Vimeo are both platforms that were helping us capture different videos of our product to show our customers, whether it was support related or how they could find how to navigate different features. These were both really helpful tools to make sure that people can understand how to work with our platform. We found that Vimeo Pro has a few more capabilities when it to organizing the videos. We have different teams who are working with it. We can save, we have all kinds of share abilities, download. You can also edit the video. There's different analytics about who's viewing it, when someone has viewed it. There's all kinds of features that have made us see that Vimeo is definitely the superior product.
                                                       Vidyard was the first screen capture tool that we were working with, which allowed us to show exactly what was on the screen so we can share that with our customer and quickly share that video. So they made it very easy either to download or to share a quick link, which was really helpful. It was really easy to get both of these platforms working. With Vidyard, we actually use the Google Chrome extension, which makes it super easy. You just have a little plugin, you click the button and it captures what you're doing. The same thing with Vimeo, and now it brings you to the Vimeo page.
                                                       So then you have all of your videos. They can be organized according to the team, different folders, and you can even put them on a Vimeo main page, similar to a YouTube channel. So that's pretty cool. So my top considerations when looking at video software similar to these, is the ability and how it easy it is to share, whether it's a downloadable link or a URL, being able to edit the video, being able to make sure that I can include sound. And now you even have the ability to put your head in. So there's like a talking person at the corner video that's really cool. And just being able to really easily view all the videos that I have created previously, so I can share them at any moment.
