Vimeo is a great place to expose yourself as well as looking at what’s happening with the creative world.
If your not ready to post your own work, then you can just enjoy looking at what’s have been made by the most creative people in the world! It wont solve your problems, but it will definitely open new horizon.
You can also make your space personal: only private viewing if you to share your work only with who you want. We did use this tool with my co-worker when we were dealing with projects not yet broadcasted.

It works very well, has a robust API we were able to integrate directly into our software and it's comforting to know we are paying for this service so can expect it to be there and reliable.
