Working with the Convictional team is a positive experience as well because they really do want to make sure the platform is the best it can be and are very responsive to feedback.
The reports and analytics are really bad, there are none.
Very easy to set up, love their account mgmt team to help secure new marketplace partners. Easy syndication with other tools like Shopify.

My favorite thing about Convictional is its ease and simplicity. It connects easily to our shopify store.
The one issue we've had is that it didn't appear to collect shipping on behalf of the customer when someone placed an order. Not sure whether it was a setting in convictional we had unchecked or not.
We are using Convictional via SeattleMet and it's great how seamlessly it syncs with Shopify to show our catalogue of products on SeattleMets shop.
Easy integration, great support team, very user friendly.
We were brought in by another partner and it was super fast and easy to use.
Great for the integration, I have nothing to do everything is automated.
Finding information on the platform is easy as well. Very responsive customer service team.

The team is super helpful. The training they provide and ongoing assistance with questions or reports is best in class.
The pricing and promotions tab was always a bit confusing for me. I found the data to be inconsistent with what was live on site which is problematic when the algorithm is constantly shifting price.
Profitero is a software, correct. However, it is also a talented team that is striving to help it's customers gain greater understanding of the eCommerce landscape.
Difficult to combine insights across multiple categories/brands.
That was best in class and very useful early on in expanding Ecommerce with our company.
Hard to scale to many retailers and stores without big costs and long lead times.
The UX & ease of use, when switching between the elements is super quick and easy. Additionally, the daily scrapes make the platform up to date.
Profitero is definitely an expert in the space and provides a robust and detailed tool to help with -commerce management.
Excellent customer service and setup from the account team.
Improved images an d conversion. Amazon changes meant the tool paid for itself quickly.

The customer support team is unparalleled and the software functionality is fantastic. It is perfect for any guided shopping journey to help customers make a purchasing decision.
The just shut down our service. All our investment in time was lost.
Great support from the project and customer success team while implementing the solution, rolling out to retailers and supporting them with tips.
And then half of what you worried about was already done. The other half was done after one of the regular meetings.
Smart Assistant makes it super easy to narrow down options by asking 3 simple questions to our customers. Plus, they have amazing customer service.
We have a product bundle which is somewhat confusing to our less tech-savvy customers.
I liked most that it was easy to integrate SmartAssistant's advisors on our website thanks to the great support of their customer success team.
This company want last long is this is how they treat their customers. They also charge you a flat rate for the month but lock you out of the software, very unprofessional.
The ease of creating an assistant, mapping attributes from our store into Zoovu was pretty easy and self-explanatory.
Affordable (read: free for us), Simple, Intuitive, Great Account Management.
They're responsive and speed is a priority for them. I felt confident knowing that we'd get where we needed to go, and get there quickly and economically.
It is easy to use, excellent and professional support.
It was quite simple to set up. We got good support (this was before Zoovu bought the company).
The perfect tool for creating an online camera selector tool on the website.

Been a great way for us to grow our DTC business when we were mostly wholesale focused. Has allowed us to use channels like Ebay to drive more profitable closeout sales.
Initially they told us the losses they caused us will be reimbursed. But when it came to pay, the company formed against us in a very unprofessional way, not to help out the customer.
