AI.arq overview
What is AI.arq?
AI.arq turns the 2D CAD drawings a construction project already has into a quantity takeoff spreadsheet. Upload DWG, DXF or PDF files exported from CAD and download an XLSX with item, unit, quantity and SINAPI reference codes where there is a match, across up to 18 disciplines.
Key capabilities:
- Measures from the geometry inside DWG and DXF files: no tracing, no clicking over the drawing.
- Reads PDF drawings too, and labels everything that comes from a PDF as an estimate.
- Every line labelled MEASURED (from the drawing) or ESTIMATED (to be checked), with the source of each number.
- On-screen review to confirm or remove items before downloading again.
- Runs in the browser, with no plugin and no AutoCAD license.
- No prices in the output: quantities only, so the estimator keeps control of pricing.
Not BIM and no BIM required. Built in Brazil for engineers, cost estimators and architects. Free and unlimited during the open beta, no credit card required.
