Coaches upload written instructions (up to 12,000 characters), up to 30 reference guides (PDF, TXT, MD, or CSV, up to 150,000 characters each), and a custom recipe and food library. The app draws on that content to answer clients' everyday nutrition questions, searching guides by meaning to surface relevant passages. When a question falls outside the coach's uploaded guidance or requires professional judgment, the app routes it back to the coach rather than answering independently. Coaches access the platform via a web dashboard; clients interact through an iOS mobile app that supports meal logging by voice, photo, text, or barcode, with automatic nutrition calculation. Diet quality is scored 0 to 100 using the Alternate Healthy Eating Index, developed at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
