There are some auto-fill features that would help avoid duplicate data entry: i.e. business address for multiple employees/contacts.

Some of the explanations are a little counter intuitive due , i think, to sub-continental linguistic usage rather than being incorrect per se (e.g. "trigger will fire in the next year" means the trigger fires in a year's time NOT in the next 365 days which is how we read this ).

I used quite a bit of CRM. But, with Apptivo based on your needs, you can customize it to tailor your company functionalities.

It is very convenient to be in Apptivo and be able to pull up a chat with support real-time, with the ability to attach screenshots, and even have the support representative start a screen share to further investigate issues. If the representative is not able to answer my question, they create a ticket on my behalf for the team to follow up on.

So, far the only thing I would do is when you are in the "Leads" or "Contacts" list if there was a next button to move on the next lead or contact. But, other than that it is great!

Also, Apptivo does a nice job of helping with certain customizations during the setup phase.

The ability to further customise it to our specific needs, through the support of their friendly, professional services team, guaranteed that it would tick all of our boxes.

I explained all this to them and about my situation but they still said no.

DO NOT sign up for this product unless you are very sure it's the right one for you.
