ArcSIP overview

What is ArcSIP?

ArcSIP is a cloud-based unified communications and voice platform that consolidates business telephony, contact-center operations, and remote communication into a single system. Delivered via browser-based WebRTC and mobile access, it removes hardware dependency and supports distributed or remote teams. Offered under a single flat plan (ArcSIP Unlimited) starting at $29 per user per month with a minimum of 3 users, the platform reduces tier complexity common in multi-plan UCaaS offerings. Target markets include small to mid-sized businesses across Logistics and Delivery, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, BPO and Contact Centers, Financial Services, Ecommerce and Retail, and Legal Services.

ArcSIP covers the full telephony stack: business calling, phone-number management, multi-level IVR, call routing, queues, transfers, conferencing, and voicemail. Operational visibility is supported through call history, call journey tracking, a Live View dashboard, and a Control Room module. Additional modules include Smart Routing, OpsDesk, and Multi Dialer, providing configurable coverage for contact-center workflows. Role-based and team-level administration gives managers granular control over user permissions and operational settings.

The platform also lists AI-assisted capabilities including transcription, call summaries, automated notes, suggested actions, intelligent search, sentiment analysis, and intelligent routing. Availability of specific AI features per plan is not detailed in vendor documentation. ArcSIP's single-plan structure, browser-native access, and integrated contact-center modules position it as a consolidated alternative to stacked point solutions for SMB voice and customer communication operations.
