The core runtime component, Link, runs directly on user devices and servers, evaluating each inference request locally against content signals, model suitability, device conditions, and distributed organisation policy before selecting a destination. Because routing decisions are made on-device, prompts and responses do not pass through the central management plane, Control, which instead distributes policy configuration ahead of time and collects device and routing events outside the inference path.
