What is BarFlow Cutting Plan?
BarFlow Cutting Plan is a Windows program that plans how to cut rebar (reinforcing steel bars) from standard stock lengths. Enter or import the bar lengths and quantities you need, and the program works out which stock bars to buy and how to cut each one with the least waste.
For every bar diameter you get a cutting plan (the cutting patterns, the number of bars and the cuts on each), a summary with the waste in metres and percent, and a ready purchase order in Excel with the length, estimated weight and cost to buy. It works directly with the bar list of BarFlow BBS or with any Excel list.
It is built for contractors, bar-bending yards, rebar detailers and site engineers who want to reduce steel waste and ordering mistakes. English and Arabic interface, works offline, and the first 3 runs are free. Licences are sold as run packs (100, 300 or 1000 runs) with no subscription. BarFlow Cutting Plan is not a bar or beverage management system.
