What is FireDeck?
FireDeck is all-in-one software built by a fire alarm contractor, for fire alarm contractors.
Its core is one-click AHJ submittal packages: enter the job once and FireDeck assembles battery calculations on the manufacturer's official template, voltage drop analysis, a complete device matrix, and embedded cut sheets for every device, producing a single AHJ-ready PDF instead of a day of paperwork. It supports Fire-Lite, Notifier, Potter, and Silent Knight.
Beyond submittals, FireDeck runs the shop: an offline-first field service and inspection app for techs (NFPA inspection forms, work orders, scheduling, GPS, inventory, and sign-off), customer invoicing with recurring monitoring contracts and QuickBooks-ready export, receipt capture with bank reconciliation, and an AI answering service that handles calls 24/7 with emergency escalation.
