What is Bubble Chat?
Bubble Chat remembers the utterances of users that could not be assigned to an existing intent. When training the chatbot, it has to decide whether a new intent needs to be created for these utterances, or whether similar content already exists.
This data is then used to create a machine-learning model. Thanks to such a model, it is possible to determine very quickly at runtime what the intention is for a user utterance. In addition, thanks to these models, a chatbot also understands formulations that are not contained 1:1 in the training data. The quality of these models is a critical success factor for a chatbot. If the models are poor, the chatbot's responses will also be poor for the most part.
