Campodato is a cloud-based digital farm management platform (cuaderno de campo digital) built for Spanish agricultural and livestock operations of any size. A single field entry — covering a treatment, irrigation, harvest, or livestock event — automatically generates the digital field log in SIEX/CUE format, a Verifactu-compliant and factura-e invoice with chained SHA-256 sealing, per-plot cost accounting, lot traceability records, and PAC subsidy documentation. Crop and livestock (REGA) data are managed within the same account, making Campodato suitable for mixed operations as well as specialist producers including wineries, olive growers, cereal and rice farmers, citrus and fruit tree holdings, horticulture, almond and pistachio producers, and DOP/IGP certified operations. Data is hosted in the EU in compliance with RGPD.

Campodato covers a broad regulatory and operational scope: PAC subsidy file generation with condicionalidad reforzada (BCAM/RLG) verification, nitrogen balance calculation with nitrate-zone alerts, livestock withdrawal period tracking for milk and meat, and a winery module covering SILICIE and modelo 553 reporting. Invoicing is sealed and legally valid in Verifactu format, including F2 tickets for direct farm sales via an integrated TPV. SIGPAC parcel import, deadline and dose alerts, and treasury and accounting tools with export to external accounting software round out the feature set. Agricultural advisory firms (gestorías agrarias) can manage multiple client accounts through a dedicated multi-client panel.
