CapaOne overview

What is CapaOne?

CapaOne is a cloud-based endpoint management platform that consolidates six functions into a single console and a single agent: third-party application management, privilege management, OS provisioning with driver orchestration, vulnerability posture, endpoint experience monitoring, and mobile device management.

Application Manager automates packaging, deployment, and scheduled updates for third-party and line-of-business applications. Privilege Manager enforces least privilege by removing standing local admin rights, granting policy-based just-in-time elevation targeted through Entra ID groups, and logging every elevation event for governance. Provision Manager performs cloud-native bare-metal OS deployment with vendor-certified, model-aware driver packs and staged rollouts, including configurable user prompts and reboot deadlines. Security Monitor maps CVEs to affected endpoints, prioritizes by exploitability and impact, detects configuration drift from a secure baseline, and exports reports as audit evidence. Experience Monitor tracks device reliability and performance across the fleet. Mobile Manager covers enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app delivery across iOS, iPadOS, and Android.

Deployment is cloud-based with one agent on Windows endpoints. Integrations include Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. Pricing is per endpoint, per month, per module.

CapaOne is a complete endpoint management platform — designed to work with Microsoft Intune, or entirely without it.

Danish-built and EU-hosted, with no transfer of endpoint data to US jurisdiction. GDPR-first, NIS2-aligned posture.
