CareMAR centralizes the core operational workflows of small and mid-size California care facilities. A dedicated Med Pass tablet mode features 56px touch targets optimized for gloved hands, with a Live Bed Map displaying real-time med-pass progress per room. Inbound faxes are automatically routed to the correct resident chart using AI-driven name and date-of-birth matching, and a dedicated HIPAA fax number is provisioned per facility. An AI Form Scanner extracts fields from admission PDFs such as LIC 602A appraisals, while AI photo and PDF import reads pharmacy labels and physician orders to extract resident name, physician, medication, dose, and frequency — reducing manual data entry across the documentation workflow.
