Certeza is a cloud-based B2B debt collection and payment-reconciliation platform for organizations in Colombia. It converts approved receivables data into prioritized workflows for preventive, administrative and extrajudicial pre-legal collection.

Teams can import files and accounting exports or configure evaluated connections with sources such as World Office, Alegra, Helisa and Siigo, depending on the agreed implementation scope. Certeza organizes accounts by balance, aging, status and collection priority; coordinates WhatsApp, SMS, email, calls and internal tasks; and records contacts, responses, promises, partial payments and exceptions in a traceable account history. Dashboards and reports provide real-time visibility into pending balances, aging, open promises and recovery activity.

Certeza supports configurable workflows, communication templates, automated reminders, multichannel follow-up, data import and export, user management and generative-AI-assisted operations with human oversight. Customers retain control of their accounting system, payment gateway and sensitive decisions. Implementation includes a controlled pilot, configuration, training and ongoing guidance from an assigned Customer Success agent.

Pricing starts at COP 0 under a performance-based model defined by portfolio characteristics, operating scope and contract terms. No recovery fee is charged when Certeza does not produce attributable collections.
