What is Clareza Gestão?
Clareza Gestão is a cloud ERP for small Brazilian businesses that sell physical products or services and still run their operations in spreadsheets.
The system covers the operational cycle end to end: sales orders follow a defined flow (draft → quote → confirmed → closed), with PDF quotes, partial deliveries per order and payment tracking with installments. Purchase orders are created, received and paid to suppliers in the same system. Stock is updated automatically from sales, purchases and deliveries, with a full transaction history per product. Customers, suppliers and products are shared across all modules, and a dashboard summarizes sales, receivables, payables and stock.
Access is role-based, with permissions per module and action for each user. Each company is isolated at the database level. Clareza Gestão also exposes an MCP server, which lets users connect AI assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to list and create customers, suppliers, products and draft quotes under their own permissions; drafts are always confirmed by a person in the app.
Billing is a flat monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.
