What is Clientelec?

Clientelec is a French SaaS CRM designed for SMBs that sell and deliver technical services: electrical contractors, fiber, solar and heat pump installers, plumbers and heating engineers, alarm and security integrators, managed service providers and telecom resellers.

Instead of juggling a CRM, a quoting tool, a field app and an invoicing tool, teams run their whole activity in one place. A lead becomes a quote, the signed quote becomes a contract, the contract drives field interventions and recurring invoices, and the client follows everything from a dedicated portal.

Invoicing syncs with Qonto or VosFactures, both compliant with French e-invoicing, and email campaigns run through Brevo. Outgoing webhooks connect Clientelec to the rest of your stack.

Security and compliance

Multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation, two-factor authentication, SSO/SAML, hosting in Europe and GDPR compliance.

Pricing

The CRM is free to start while you issue fewer than 5 invoices a month: you only pay for the modules you use. The Pro plan then costs 39 EUR (excl. VAT) per user per month, with no commitment and a 14-day free trial.
