The Outreach Agent identifies visiting companies using IP to company resolution combined with firmographic data, determines matches to an ideal customer profile, locates decision makers within target accounts and initiates automated personalized outreach sequences. The Handoff Agent compiles comprehensive lead briefings, including conversation history, intent signals, pain point summaries and recommended opening angles, and pushes this contextual information directly into connected customer relationship management systems prior to sales calls.
ClientX includes a pipeline Kanban view for lead management, analytics and return on investment tracking capabilities and supports custom fields with comma separated values export functionality. The platform allows training of AI agents by crawling website content, uploading documentation or pasting content directly, with responses drawn exclusively from provided materials. Integration capabilities encompass major customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot for automated lead handoff and data synchronization.
