The platform consolidates weekly timetable planning, student roster management, attendance tracking, and payment record-keeping into a single shared workspace, replacing disconnected spreadsheets and standalone tools.
clssrm covers the core operational needs of class-based businesses without requiring a new payment processor or student self-booking infrastructure. Instructors can manage their own assigned class rosters, and multi-staff workspaces with role-based access support team collaboration. Payment tracking works alongside existing payment arrangements, and charge and payment records can be exported via CSV. Pro-tier features extend the platform with Google Calendar sync, monthly financial reports, instructor payout calculations, and additional CSV exports for financial data.
Pricing follows a flat monthly model with no per-student fees, making cost predictable as student numbers grow. Onboarding includes a setup video call and student list import via CSV, and a 30-day free trial requires no credit card. clssrm is primarily used by small class-based businesses in Cyprus.
