ClubPal is built for clubs run by volunteers: running and triathlon clubs, football and rugby sections, swimming and gymnastics clubs, village halls and community groups. It replaces the spreadsheets, bank transfers, sign-up forms and group chats that committees usually juggle, with one system that members and admins both use.

Membership: sell membership packages online with auto-renewal, family memberships, pro-rata pricing and trial periods. Members carry a membership card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with a code the club can scan to check their status.

Sessions and bookings: publish recurring sessions with capacity limits and waiting lists. Members book their own place, and coaches see who is coming and take attendance.

Events and facility hire: sell tickets with variable pricing, capacity limits and eligibility rules. Hire out pitches, courts, halls and rooms with peak pricing, blockouts, deposits and cancellation windows.

Payments: members pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with saved cards, discount codes and session passes. One flat fee per transaction covers card processing, and the whole fee is returned to the club when a payment is refunded.

Safeguarding: DBS, PVG and coaching credentials are recorded with real expiry dates, and eligibility rules stop a coach with a lapsed check being put on a junior session.

Communication: chat attached to the session or event it is about, channels built from your groups, GDPR-compliant email, and push notifications through the free iPhone and Android apps.

More: a club shop with stock and member-only items, custom forms, a document library, reporting and full data export, and a free club website with unlimited pages. Clubs can connect ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini through an official MCP server for read-only questions about their own data, and use webhooks with Zapier, Make or Power Automate.

Pricing: no subscription, no setup fee, no per-member charge and no contract. ClubPal charges a fee per transaction only when a club takes payments through it (20p + 3.5% in the UK, with local rates in other currencies). A club that takes no payments pays nothing.
