Director, Business Development

In some of the categories that I'm not allowed to add sub-categories, I'd like to have more drag-down options to better describe where I am in that category, if that makes sense....

Managing Partner

Manage Drawings, RFIs, Change Orders, costs, schedule in a simple online platform.

Office Manager

I've also had to communicate with some of the staff via message center and every time I've had a problem or question, they've been very polite, professional, and helpful to quickly answer or resolve the issue.

Co-Owner

Scheduling, having all documents available at my fingertips, the training and customer support, the ease of time keeping

Owner

Exceptional for dealing with complex financial estimating and field operations. Plus, the change order management is amazing, so easy to tracking client can't deny approvals keep money in my pocket!

Clients can easily approve COs and selections, preventing misorders and avoiding inadvertent issues. Plus, clients can access various reports and progress updates, keeping everyone on the same page.

Project Manager

Also another recommendation is the ability to export the overall Gant-chart schedule (overlay of all of the active projects) to help visualize overall timeline to help visual potential time constraints or resource constraints.

Project Manager.

Great estimating tools, Great job tracking capability's, runs smoothly and without crashing like other programs, runs in real time and accessible through any online browser.

A standout feature is the ability to see your job margin and adjust markup to maximize profit while staying competitive—extremely useful for tracking profitability.

Also, having such a transparent tool for change orders and selections has eliminated lost costs which we regularly had from changes getting lost.

Construction online is very helpful in organizing construction projects to ensure we stay within budget.

Changed the way we perform on projects by orginizing all aspects and Informations

Being able to document daily progress across all our projects and communicate it to the customer.

Overall, I'd say I've had a very positive experience. When I've needed clarification navigating the tools, the on-line customer support has been very responsive and helpful.

Would also like more support for working in teams without having to refresh your browser.

Superintendant

Construction online is a fundamental program for all construction related organization.

Vice President

In addition sometimes when entering a change order, if you don't save changes, you lose everything and have to start over.

We had looked at 3 different software platforms to determine which would best fit our specific needs, and after going through demo sessions with all three, we landed on ConstructionOnline as being our frontrunner.

The pricing sometimes i feel is a little high but i cannot complain too much as it is similar to other softwares

I have also learned a lot through the knowledge base on the client selection tool so we can start using as well as the different daily logs like the safety log.

It helps reduce confusion and makes project information easier to access.

also the estimating and scheduling isn't very intuitive.

Our journey with ConstructionOnline has been nothing short of a complete failure. Despite investing significant time and resources, we were never able to fully implement our system, yet we were charged the full first-year fee with no offer of even a partial refund.

This is a well rounded construction management tool that is easy to use for all stakeholders from the construction supervisors and vendors to the subcontractors and customers.

Weekly job notes and progress reports are posted here, and we share updates directly with clients.

We get assistance with anything we may need right away without any wait time.

The system is seamless to use from the point of contact to final agreements.

I had been a user for a long time though I had to move to Procore for my company's growth requirements but quickly moved back to UDA when I had the opportunity.

The Redline section is also amazing for take-offs, which can be seamlessly sent to an estimate—something I haven’t seen done elsewhere.

We are over 1 year in and we are happy with the decision to jump in to ConstructionOnline for our construction management platform.

I can see who added and what dates they added into the data base.

Pre-Construction Coordinator

I would recommend it to construction companies looking for an easy-to-use project management solution.

They enjoy the research and selection, and feel a part of the design process. Plus, the added bonus is, it has saved our team dozens of hours by having clients spend their time researching their fixtures before we enter into pros and cons of their selections.

Wait times are minimal (if any), and the team knows the product inside and out. If they don’t have an answer right away, I always get a quick callback.

We can have all our resources in one place and easily communicate Schedules, Change orders and Proposals to Owners, Subcontractors and Suppliers.

The customer care and service is phenomenal.

Director of IT

Even though UDA has proven itself to be a player in the Technology corridor, the company still has great people working there and great interactions with us, the client.

Lead Designer

Not a week after our meetings stopped the websites layout changed considerably leading to many in our company to lose moral over the switch.

Director of Operations

The customizable reports and the overview of all company schedules

Executive Assistant

Even if you're new to construction or project management tools, ConstructionOnline has a pretty intuitive layout.

Instead, there was no response from the leadership at all, and the reply from the salesperson simply stated …” that our account would be deactivated to avoid future charges” ….
