Conteflow is a mobile app (iOS and Android) that replaces the blank-page problem with AI-driven interview sessions. Six selectable AI personalities conduct natural conversations to draw out the user's stories, experiences, and insights, then feed those transcripts into a structured workflow that produces personalized text-based social media posts for platforms including LinkedIn and X (Twitter). A web app is not currently available.

The core workflow moves from interview to idea to hook to draft. After each session, Conteflow generates content ideas grounded in the interview transcript and the user's stored notes, presents multiple hook options per idea, and produces a complete post draft from the selected hook. A custom voice profile, built by analyzing the user's own writing samples, governs all generated output and rewrite suggestions, keeping the result consistent with the user's established style rather than producing generic AI text. Long-term memory across past interviews and notes allows the system to ask contextual follow-up questions over time and produce increasingly personalized content as the history grows.

Conteflow targets individual professionals and content creators who publish on text-based social platforms. The product supports offline editing of notes, drafts, writing samples, and content categories, with automatic sync on reconnect. Scheduling and direct publishing to LinkedIn and X are built in, as is cross-device data sync via email or social login. Daily prompts and scheduled weekly interview sessions provide a repeatable content cadence without requiring the user to manage a separate editorial calendar.
