Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Conversations overview
What is Conversations?
For organizations, Conversations runs as your own training with custom rooms and content, or embedded inside your products.
Conversations is a practice environment for the conversations that matter at work and in life. Each practice runs as a room with up to five fictional people who hold their own positions, react to each other, and change with tone, timing, and pushback, so the learner practices the whole exchange, by voice or by text.
The cast speaks ten languages. Pick one before you start and change it mid-conversation, in any room; every persona keeps their own voice, and you set how simply the cast speaks. A Language practice shelf holds twelve everyday rooms for practicing conversations in the language you are learning. The Coach stays in English.
Coaching comes at three levels. In the moment, the Coach reflects on a specific turn. After the room, a debrief returns to the conversation as a whole. Across practices, Insights shows what repeats. Every piece of feedback points back to a moment in the room.
The catalogue holds 100 crafted rooms across work, collaboration, social life, relationships, family, parenting, care, community, and language practice, plus open practice for a conversation of your own. Try any room free for its first few turns, with no credit card required. A 7-day room pass covers one room, and membership covers them all.
