CORA Workforce is a compliance training and workforce evidence platform designed for Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme disability and care providers. The platform delivers mandatory training, tracks completion and credentials, and generates exportable audit records. It also evaluates whether workers can apply their training in real support settings. The system aligns regulatory compliance with workforce capability development within the disability and care sector.

The learning management system includes more than eighty scenario-based courses organized across six capability streams. Each course is mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Workforce Capability Framework. Content is delivered in three sequential lessons covering context, application through branching scenarios, and consistency across varied situations. The mobile-first design allows courses to be completed in less than one hour through ten to twenty minute segments.

The administrative portal enables pathway creation, allowing managers to bundle courses into role- or site-based sequences with individual due dates that automatically apply to new workers. Team management tools support grouping, bulk assignment and automatic reminders for due, overdue and renewal notifications.
