You sure can! By getting a share link for your courses, you can let an end-user to obtain them without registering.

Is it secure?

Transmitting all data over a secure and encrypted channel, makes it is as secure as it can get. Your content can't be shared by learners since the URL they get, expires after just few minutes.

Can I sell my Courses?

Correct. You can set the cost for your courses & collect the payments via your PayPal account.

Can I give certifications for completed courses?

Yes. You can allocate a certification to a course. Every user that finishes the course will obtain the certification. It’s very simplistic to design a certification or utilize a template.

Can I use my own domain?

Of course! You can choose a TalentLMS based domain or you can chart your own domain.

Can I create Tests and Surveys?

TalentLMS main features include course creation from content around the web, learning assessment through tests and surveys, an easy reporting system, course sharing with non-registered users, and a marketplace for buying and selling courses.

What is TalentLMS?

From course content creation to student assessment, setting up a user-friendly e-learning course on an attractive platform is tedious work. TalentLMS has found a way to make all these less daunting. It allows trainers to create courses using their own documents and presentations, as well as repurpose content from online tools like SharePoint, YouTube and Wikipedia.

In addition to buying and selling courses, trainers can build tests and surveys, share courses with non-registered users, and issue completion certifications. For customized environments involving certain user subsets, branches (which have their own URLs, courses, users and themes), can be created. Role-based access controls can be assigned for maximum control over what a user can and cannot do. Reports are accessible from a single page and managed using a single sidebar.

Creating Courses

Course creation flexibility on an easy-to-use platform allows trainers to concentrate on course quality and not the intricacies of the course creation tool. To build a training course, instructors can use their own materials or insert content from the web. Accepted file types vary, and file upload limit depends on the subscription plan. To insert web content, use keywords or copy/paste the URL.

When course creation is done, you get to view the course as a learner would, as well as take tests and surveys, if any. Alterations and additions can be made by going back to the course’s edit pane any time.

Assessing Learning Outcomes

For user reports, select a user from the users list to see their data. You will see which courses have already been completed, not yet started and still in progress.

Cloning Courses and Sharing Courses with Non-Registered Users

TalentLMS allows instructors to clone their courses and assign them to users in different groups or branches. Cloning a course means duplicating an already existing one. Once cloned, the trainer may opt to edit its properties or content to better serve the target learner base.

To introduce courses to learners not registered with TalentLMS, simply invite people by typing in their email addresses or send them the link to your courses via social media and other channels.

Buying and Selling Courses

TalentLMS is as close as you can get to a one-stop online learning management shop that allows training professionals to create custom courses and make them available to students and other content specialists through the content marketplace.

You will need a PayPal account when setting a price for the courses you want to sell. To purchase a course, browse through available courses in the Course Catalog window. When a course has already been selected, you will be redirected to the PayPal site for payment.

Integrations

TalentLMS can be integrated with more than 300 applications through Zapier.com. Some of these apps are Evernote, Facebook, Dropbox, Asana, Basecamp, MailChimp, Salesforce, Podio and Eventbrite.

It supports website integration, too. If you’re using WordPress, there’s a special widget that lets you login to TalentLMS directly from your site. The TalentLMS plugin can be used to list your courses, content and their details. Users can also sign up to TalentLMS and buy courses through your site. TalentLMS categories can be made into WordPress categories and courses into blog posts.

Pricing

TalentLMS follows a two-prong pricing strategy: based on monthly active users and number of registered users. For monthly active users, the cheapest is Small Unlimited priced at $79 per month and supports up to 25 active users. Premium Unlimited, which costs $379 per month, can handle up to 500 active users, unlimited registered users, unlimited courses and 300 MB per file upload limit. Regardless of the subscription package, each additional active user costs $4 per month.

For the second pricing category, a Free subscription can accommodate up to 5 users, 10 courses and an upload limit of 20 MB per file. Paid packages start at Small, which is priced at $29 per month. It supports up to 25 users, unlimited courses and a file upload limit of 100 MB. The costliest is Premium priced at $349 per month. It can handle an unlimited number of courses, a file upload of up to 300 MB, and has a user registration limit of 1,000. For more users and additional requests, plans can be created individually.
