Jeffrey Scott Mabey, Customer Care Specialist at Landmark Home Warranty
We have been using TalentLMS for a daily update and quiz for our customer service agents for over a year now, and it has been a great tool. The courses, surveys, and tests are great and the ability to upload my own documents and presentations is extremely helpful. I haven’t had to contact customer support very often, and when I do they respond the next business day. The only thing I would like would be a possible chat system to ask a quick question as most of the time the answers I need are in the moment and waiting for a response, even if quick, just delays what I am trying to do. Overall, the system works well and is easy to use.
Pros: Easy to navigate. Clear instructions on how to create quizzes/tests. Course material and layout are easy to follow. Pulling reports is simple as they are automatically exported to excel.
Cons: Customer Support could be quicker. Chat tool would be nice. A more customizable plan. We had to jump from 100 users to 250 users and the cost was quite a large difference.

The LMS software is extremely easy to navigate and allows for logical, linear workflows that make sense, and also make training new coworkers on it very easy.
Pros: Simple, elegant, great customization. I also like the ability to track things via the internal reporting functionality. Its super useful for pulling reports for weekly training meetings.
Cons: Course content variety and course setup options aren't as robust as they could be

Tomislav Rozman, Expert in project management, business process management, information technologies and entrepreneur
I've been using TalentLMS almost for a year. We are offering live, blended and on-line trainings for managers and business analysts (courses: EU project management, Business Process Management, Social Responsibility Management,...) TalentLMS platform offers simplicity, ease of use for admins, instructors and learners. We have received many positive feedbacks from users about ease of use of the learning platform. We are also using Moodle and BlackBoard, but TalentLMS is more user friendly than any of mentioned. Strongly recommended.
Pros: PROS: Ease of use for all (admins, instructors, learners), simplicity, customer support, pricing plans. Updates with new functionalities (customer voice). Speed of bug fixing (last time I've found a bug and it was resolved in matter of hours) Configuration possibilities. Hassle free startup.
Cons: Document viewer is quite limited (too small), it does not support PDF links. Upgrade to new viewer is not automated (the course should be rebuilt and materials re-uploaded) Discussion forum is limited (it's difficult to get the logic behind, e.g. who receives the post updates) Overall, possibility to network learners using forums/comments/discussions is limited and not very useful. Forums can not be linked to a specific course. Forum can be embedded to a course using iFrame, but this is not the same. But these are only small glitches (more recommendations to improve) and not show-stoppers.

My company recently transitioned our web based training programs to TalentLMS and we are thrilled we did so. The overall transition went very smoothly. Although we needed to become familiar to the way a training programs and tools are structured on TalentLMS, technical support was always available to provide assistance with extremely prompt responses. One of the Account Managers from TalentLMS, Chris checked in with us to answer any questions and make sure there was a real comfort level with the platform. With scalable packages, TalentLMS allows to for easily increasing or decreasing the amount of users for your training requirements. I highly recommend TalentLMS to meet all your web-based training needs.
Pros: - Great Support - Excellent and Scalable Pricing Plans - Variety of Platforms to Upload Training Content from other Programs - Quick Learning Period to Understand How to Use the Training Tools - Customization for Your Organization - The Ability to Use a Free Version to get Started (up to 5 users)
Cons: So far we have not run across any "Cons" with Talent LMS

Thank you guys - keep up the great work!

David Fletcher,NHCB, Bringing new homes sales training to real estate agents online. Approved for 3 hours CE credit in Florida!
I can do it, you can do it. I am a retired real estate broker who spent his entire career working home builders and real estate agents. Got into computers late, started an online course even later. I Before selecting TalentLMS I looked at more than 5 possibilities, and finally decided to use this company. Being older has its advantages, but using technology is not one of them. Their support from day one has been phenomenal, and the more I learn about the system the more I like it and the people at TalentLMS helping me grown my business.
Pros: Patience with me. Easy to understand downloadable 'Quick Guide" Timely response to support requests Actively solicits suggestions for improvements Reasonably priced
Cons: Working on better interface design for ecommerce
Lead Growth Hacker (Information Technology and Services company, 2-10 employees)
I have started using TalentLMS in my company when we started our client trainings. Because our customers are international we couldn't travel to deliver it that often. TalentLMS is a perfect fit. Implementation is a no-brainer and it's very user-friendly for our learners.
Pros: simple, quick, complete
Cons: poor reporting at the beginning, but the team reacted to our feedback and we've got everything we need now
TalentLMS is an online learning management system that can be used by organizations to train employees, partners, customers or students. It enables trainers to offer online training to a lot of people in a reproducible way. The course marketplace allows course sellers a channel to promote their courses and buyers to obtain direct access to quality content.
TalentLMS is suitable for organizations or departments within organizations that specialize in training provision and are amenable to an online learning model. It can be used by businesses of varying sizes, from the micro business with five users to the large organization of 1,000+ monthly registered users.
TalentLMS main features include course creation from content around the web, learning assessment through tests and surveys, an easy reporting system, course sharing with non-registered users, and a marketplace for buying and selling courses.
From course content creation to student assessment, setting up a user-friendly e-learning course on an attractive platform is tedious work. TalentLMS has found a way to make all these less daunting. It allows trainers to create courses using their own documents and presentations, as well as repurpose content from online tools like SharePoint, YouTube and Wikipedia.
In addition to buying and selling courses, trainers can build tests and surveys, share courses with non-registered users, and issue completion certifications. For customized environments involving certain user subsets, branches (which have their own URLs, courses, users and themes), can be created. Role-based access controls can be assigned for maximum control over what a user can and cannot do. Reports are accessible from a single page and managed using a single sidebar.
Course creation flexibility on an easy-to-use platform allows trainers to concentrate on course quality and not the intricacies of the course creation tool. To build a training course, instructors can use their own materials or insert content from the web. Accepted file types vary, and file upload limit depends on the subscription plan. To insert web content, use keywords or copy/paste the URL.
When course creation is done, you get to view the course as a learner would, as well as take tests and surveys, if any. Alterations and additions can be made by going back to the course’s edit pane any time.
Training is just half the battle. Gauging how much learners take away from a course and how it can be improved for future course takers makes up the other half. There are two ways to assess learner outcomes – through tests and surveys. To create a test, the instructor selects the course where the test/survey will be added into.
For both tests and surveys, there are two question types – multiple choice and fill in the blanks. The correct answers should be provided for tests. For surveys, there are no right or wrong answers.
TalentLMS lets you generate reports about users, courses, branches, groups, tests and surveys. The report overview shows system logins and course completion data for the current day, the day before, the week, month, year and a specific period of time.
For user reports, select a user from the users list to see their data. You will see which courses have already been completed, not yet started and still in progress.
TalentLMS allows instructors to clone their courses and assign them to users in different groups or branches. Cloning a course means duplicating an already existing one. Once cloned, the trainer may opt to edit its properties or content to better serve the target learner base.
To introduce courses to learners not registered with TalentLMS, simply invite people by typing in their email addresses or send them the link to your courses via social media and other channels.
TalentLMS is as close as you can get to a one-stop online learning management shop that allows training professionals to create custom courses and make them available to students and other content specialists through the content marketplace.
You will need a PayPal account when setting a price for the courses you want to sell. To purchase a course, browse through available courses in the Course Catalog window. When a course has already been selected, you will be redirected to the PayPal site for payment.
It supports website integration, too. If you’re using WordPress, there’s a special widget that lets you login to TalentLMS directly from your site. The TalentLMS plugin can be used to list your courses, content and their details. Users can also sign up to TalentLMS and buy courses through your site. TalentLMS categories can be made into WordPress categories and courses into blog posts.

Premium Unlimited, which costs $379 per month, can handle up to 500 active users, unlimited registered users, unlimited courses and 300 MB per file upload limit. Regardless of the subscription package, each additional active user costs $4 per month.
For the second pricing category, a Free subscription can accommodate up to 5 users, 10 courses and an upload limit of 20 MB per file. Paid packages start at Small, which is priced at $29 per month. It supports up to 25 users, unlimited courses and a file upload limit of 100 MB. The costliest is Premium priced at $349 per month.
