Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

CRM For Claims overview
What is CRM For Claims?
CRM For Claims is a cloud-based, web application built for roofing contractors handling insurance work, public adjusting firms, and property restoration companies. It manages the complete insurance claim lifecycle within a single system — from website lead capture and pipeline stage management through document storage, e-signatures, scheduling, insurance-specific invoicing, commission tracking, and reporting. Accessible from any device via a web browser, CRM For Claims requires no on-premises infrastructure and is offered on month-to-month billing with no setup fee, no contract, and onboarding included on every plan.
CRM For Claims centralizes all claim data — policy details, documents, communications, invoices, and commissions — in one record per claim. The claims pipeline supports customizable stages with entry and exit automations that trigger tasks, SMS messages, and emails automatically as claims progress, removing the need for manual follow-up. Document storage includes 34 pre-named insurance claim folders, and an integrated Documents Hub provides e-signature capabilities with full sending history and resend and void controls. Insurance-specific invoice types covering ACV, Recoverable Depreciation, and Supplemental payments keep carrier payments distinct and traceable, while online payment collection supports both credit card and ACH. Commission tracking books amounts on invoice approval and releases them only upon payment receipt. Loss draft and mortgage or lender tracking, two-way Google Calendar sync for scheduling, and a customer portal for self-service claim progress visibility round out the core feature set.
Reporting in CRM For Claims includes a Master Report, Projects Profitability Report, Payables, and Payments History, giving operations clear financial and workflow visibility. Team permissions with role-based access controls support multi-person offices and larger restoration operations. Native integrations with CompanyCam — which auto-creates a linked photo project — and Google Calendar are included without requiring Zapier or custom development. A website lead form integration automatically creates contacts and projects on submission. Pricing tiers span from the Essentials plan at $59 per month for solo operators to a Professional plan at $99 per month for multi-person offices, with Enterprise custom pricing available for larger teams of 15 or more users.
