Rent and payments

Dardaris sends rent requests with clear payment references, matches incoming bank transactions to the right tenant and lease, and follows up on late payments with staged reminders. Service charges are calculated and allocated across units, so the books stay accurate without manual reconciliation.

Leases

Leases are built from 14 contract types and a library of reusable clauses. Rent reviews are calculated according to local rules, and key dates such as renewals, notices and indexations are tracked automatically.

Repairs and maintenance

Tenant repair requests are triaged by urgency, contractor quotes are collected and compared, and jobs are booked and followed through to completion.

Compliance and short stays
