Déclic overview
What is Déclic?
Déclic helps small teams, tradespeople and freelancers keep all their work in one place. Each activity gets its own board of cards that move from column to column as the work progresses: projects, job sites, service calls, annual maintenance visits, client follow-up or team tasks.
Each card gathers everything needed to get the job done: dates, checklists, photos, videos, voice memos, files and comments. Team members can complete cards directly from their phone, on site.
To plan ahead, Déclic offers a calendar, a multi-week timeline and a "My day" view that shows each person what is planned for today. Recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) are created automatically, and a timer on each task records the time spent to prepare invoicing.
Déclic runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to install. The interface is currently available in French only. One plan per workspace includes 5 editors, with unlimited free read-only members and a 14-day free trial.
