Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Dexi overview
What is Dexi?
Dexi is a personal knowledge base for people who read a lot and want to keep what they learn: notes, bookmarks, newsletters and RSS feeds live in one searchable workspace instead of four apps.
Capture from anywhere. The web clipper (Chrome, Brave, Arc, Orion, Vivaldi) and bookmarklet save a page or just the sentence you select, kept as a quoted highlight. Forward a newsletter or email to your personal save address and it becomes a note. Subscribe to RSS feeds and new entries arrive as notes too. Import existing libraries from Pocket, Raindrop.io or a browser bookmarks file.
Find things again. Full-text search covers everything you have saved; semantic search finds notes by meaning, so a query like "deciding with incomplete information" surfaces the right article even when the words differ. Inline #tags and @mentions are parsed as you write, and every wiki-link builds a knowledge graph you can explore in 2D or 3D.
Structure without lock-in. Inline "key:: value" properties turn any note into structured data, and Bases let you query those properties as table, card, list or map views with filters, formulas, grouping and summaries, including import of Obsidian .base files. Notes stay plain text underneath; export everything as Markdown, CSV or a ZIP at any time.
Remember what matters. Tag notes into a review deck and Dexi schedules them with spaced repetition, with a daily reminder email if you want one. A weekly digest summarises what you saved and how it connects to older notes.
Work with your AI assistant. Dexi runs a hosted MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients can search, read and write your notes as long-term memory. Access is granted per connection with OAuth and can be limited to one folder or tag, and revoked at any time.
Share selectively. Every note is private by default. Share a single note by link, or share chosen notes with a small team; publish a tag as an RSS feed or an email digest for readers outside Dexi.
Dexi is a web app with an iOS share-sheet shortcut for saving on the go. The free plan includes 1,000 notes; Solo and Team plans remove the cap.
