For Marina Managers (Web Admin Panel)

The admin panel gives full operational visibility in real time. Managers can register vessels, assign berths, control dry storage and water slots, and monitor the status of every boat on the property. The Control Tower view shows all scheduled launches and haul-outs for the day, updated live via Supabase Realtime — so the front desk and yard always have the same picture.

Billing is fully automated: monthly invoices are generated per vessel based on configurable pricing rules, collected via PIX or bank slip (boleto) through Asaas integration, and tracked with full payment history. Managers can also publish announcements to the client bulletin board, manage convenience store inventory, and handle service order queues from a single interface.

For Yard Operators (Mobile App)

The operator app puts the day's work queue on every staff member's phone. Operators see their assigned service orders, update status in real time, attach completion photos, and register fuel deliveries — all without returning to the office. Status changes trigger automatic push notifications to the boat owner.

For Boat Owners (Mobile App)

Clients have full self-service through the Docka client app. They can view their vessel's current location and status, schedule departures, track service history, access documents, pay invoices via PIX or boleto, order convenience items, and message the marina directly — available on iOS and Android.
