What is Easyplanner?
Physician- and task-oriented scheduling can be performed simultaneously on the Easyplanner platform. Conflicts in the schedule are immediately visible. The software provides insight into the scheduling of both departmental and individual schedules. Automatic scheduling is also possible.
Services are distributed on the basis of FTE, with schedule changes communicated via notifications. Schedules can be viewed per task or per doctor. It is possible to establish an emergency schedule. The platform also provides a Regional Training Planner. Internships of doctors in training can be automatically planned and spread across different hospitals. The training planner integrates with the AIO's personal day planner.
The software provides reports on hours worked, absences, and holidays. Easyplanner can be linked to HR systems, so hours and leave reports can be exported. Personal schedules can be synced with Google Calendar, iPad and iPhone calendars, iCloud calendars, Android calendars, and Outlook. Easyplanner offers a free migration service.
